Video: Arriving at a school in Uganda

Driving to the schools can be a little bumpy as many are found at the end of murram tracks. Murram is a type of soil which gives the roads and fields an amazing rusty, red colour. In the wet season it turns to slippery mud making it sometimes necessary to use 4WD to get us out of some sticky situations. The welcome is always warm, however, as hundreds of friendly children come running out to greet their visitors whenever they hear a diesel engine approaching.
